I need to update my information. How do I do that?
To update your account information, you will need to go to your profile [Link the word ‘profile’ to the users account] and click the "edit profile" button in the top right corner. Once your information is updated, you will click on the "submit" button at the bottom to save your changes.

How do I submit a rebate claim?
Click on the claim tab at the top of the page or the submit claim [Link the word ‘submit claim’ to the claim page] button on the home page to access the rebate claim form. You will then fill out the needed claim information and hit the "submit" button once all required files are added and information is filled out.

When do I need to submit my claim for 2025?
Claims can be submitted throughout the year until the claim window closes. The 2025 Program claim window closes February 15, 2026.

My rebate claim shows pending, when will it be processed?
When your claim has been processed, you will receive an email letting you know the status of your claim. If your claim is declined, you will be given steps on how to correct your claim to be approved. Approved claims will be processed after the claim window closes and rebate checks are expected to be mailed by May 2026.

My rebate claim has been approved, when will I receive my check?
Once your claim has been processed, you will receive an approved and your check has been processed, you will receive an additional email stating that your rebate payment has been issued. This email is sent out once your check has been mailed, so please allow 7-10 business days for your check to arrive once this email is received. Be on the look out for an orange envelope sent from Lixil Rebates Promotion Headquarters. You can also review our payment schedule on the Overview page.
